Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. They scan the QR code, the gallery opens in their browser, they type a name so you can see who sent what, and they choose photos. That name is the only thing we ask them for.

What can they upload?

Photos and videos, up to 500 MB per file and 20 GB across the whole gallery. There is no limit on how long a video may be, only on how large the file is. If an upload is interrupted by a lift, a dead spot or a closed browser, it picks up where it stopped rather than starting again.

Who can see the photos?

You, and anyone who has your gallery link. Nobody else. There is no public feed, no hashtag, and search engines are told not to index it. The link is the key, which is exactly why it belongs on your table cards rather than on a website.

How long do I have?

Guests can upload for 30 days after your wedding. Your gallery stays open to you for 12 months from the wedding date, and everything is deleted 30 days after that. We email you 30 and 7 days before it closes, so you have time to download it all. See the terms for the exact wording.

Can I get everything back at full quality?

Yes. “Download all” packs every photo and video into one ZIP at the original size, untouched. A large gallery takes a few minutes to prepare, so start it before you need it.

What does it cost?

€39 for the first 50 weddings, then €59. Paid once, VAT included, for one wedding. Nothing renews and there is no subscription. Setting up a gallery and designing your QR card is free. Paying is what opens the link to your guests.

Is there a free trial?

Not as such, and we would rather say so than dress it up. You can create your gallery, set your date, design and download your QR card, and see the whole dashboard without paying anything. What you cannot do until you pay is open the link so guests can upload.

Can I have a live slideshow at the reception?

No. It has been advertised on this site in the past and it was never built; that claim has been removed. If enough couples ask for it, it is the first thing we would add.

Can I hide a photo instead of deleting it?

No. There is only delete, and it is permanent. Download the gallery first if you are unsure.

Do videos keep their sound?

Yes. Some early videos recorded in the app were silent because of how browsers write audio into MP4 files; that is fixed, and a recording will not start at all if the microphone is unavailable. If you find a silent video, tell us and we will look at the file itself.

What if I forget my password?

Use the link on the sign-in page and we email you a fresh one. It works for an hour and can be used once.

Where are the photos stored?

On servers in Germany, run by Hetzner. Nothing is stored outside the EU. The privacy notice lists everything we keep and every company involved.

Can I delete everything now?

Yes. Delete a single gallery from its settings, or your whole account from the account page. Both remove the files from storage as well as the records, immediately, with nothing kept in reserve.
