Cliq is small. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot. Email arrives with someone who can actually change the thing you are writing about.

hello@cliq.photo, for anything at all. If your wedding is within a week, say so in the subject line and it goes to the front.

Useful things to include: the address of your gallery, what you did, and what happened instead. If a guest could not upload, the make of their phone helps more than anything else.

Privacy questions

Requests to see, correct or delete your data go to the same address and are answered within a month. Most of it you can do yourself and immediately: a gallery can be deleted from its settings, and an entire account from the account page. What that removes is set out in the privacy notice.
